CAREFREE FULL MANAGEMENT PACKAGE

22% of rental fee which is deducted from the weekly booking charge, the balance is sent direct to the owner.

PREPARATION & INSPECTION PLAN

The cost for the preparation and inspection service is, 

  59 euros per month = 1 bedroom
  64 euros per month = 2 bedroom
  69 euros per month = 3 bedroom
  74 euros per month = 4 bedroooms.

   Cost of Service for Owners Personal Guest (as above) 25 euros per stay

PEACE OF MIND PLAN

The cost for the peace of mind inspection service is,

  49 euros per month = 1 bedroom
  54 euros per month = 2 bedroom
  59 euros per month = 3 bedroom
  64 euros per month = 4 bedroooms plus

Additional cleaning and laundry fees if required for each duration

2 Bedroom From 59 euros per clean & laundry
3 Bedroom From 65 euros per clean & laundry
4 Bedroom From 75 euros per clean & laundry
